All change for how we manage our money

Open Banking has transformed what’s possible with money, from budgeting apps to all the cool stuff you can do on Monzo and Starling.
Open Banking sits in a web of regulatory frameworks and old-school, buttoned-up financial services apparatus. To cut through, I ran an in-depth brand workshop to get to the heart of why Open Banking matters. Then I articulated all of the complicated ins and outs and what-ifs on all the web copy for launch, writing for two very different audiences.
I was mostly successful at dodging jargon, acronyms and convoluted banking-speak. (For the record: I fought hard to change ‘regulated third-party providers’ to ‘providers’. No luck though.)
